How long does it take to produce my order?
Each piece is summoned to life just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order is handed to the courier. This is the nature of made-to-order craft — patience is rewarded with something truly yours.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order departs our sanctum, delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days
International: 10–30 business days, depending on your realm and customs processing
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email so you may watch your treasure make its journey to you.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page carries its own size chart, tailored to that specific garment or item. We strongly encourage consulting the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles and print partners. When in doubt, size up — darkness looks good in any silhouette.

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order exclusively for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We ask that you choose carefully and consult the size charts before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Should your order arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us at sales@mygothicgirl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Why is international shipping taking so long?
International shipments can take 10–30 business days due to customs processing, carrier handoffs, and the distance your order must travel. Rest assured — your order is on its way. If it has been beyond 35 days, reach out to us and we will investigate.

Every item is created the moment you place your order, printed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique, dark designs without waste, and ensures your piece is freshly made.
Who produces and ships my order?
We work with a curated network of print-on-demand and fulfillment partners to bring our designs to life. Depending on the item, your order may be fulfilled by one of our partners and shipped directly to you. Rest assured, every partner is held to our quality standards.
