🕸️ Refund & Return Policy – My Gothic Girl

At My Gothic Girl, each item is crafted after you place your order, made specifically for you through our print-on-demand partners (Printify). Because every product is made to order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of preference. Please read the policy below before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final (Made-to-Order Policy)

All products are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of misprint, damage, or defects caused by production or shipping.

To ensure the best fit, please review all size charts, colors, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the defect or problem

Once approved, a replacement will be sent. In most cases, returns of the physical item are not required.


3. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with Printify and the carrier to investigate. After confirmation, we will issue a replacement.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We cannot refund or replace orders stolen after delivery; in those cases, please contact your local carrier or file a claim.


4. Wrong Address Policy

If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect and the package is returned or lost, we are not able to provide refunds. A reshipment can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

Please verify your address carefully at checkout.


5. Size Exchanges

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer size exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, review the size chart on the product page or contact us before ordering — we are happy to help.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Production typically starts within hours of your purchase. Once production has started, cancellation or changes (including size, color, or design) are no longer possible.


7. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. We do not issue refunds for packages delayed or rejected due to customs.
