🕸️ Shipping Policy – My Gothic Girl

At My Gothic Girl, every garment is produced just for you. Because our creations are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners (Printify), your item begins its life only after your purchase is complete. Please read below to understand how your order travels from our dark atelier to your doorstep.


🕯️ Order Processing Time

Each order requires 2–5 business days for production before shipment. During this time, your item is printed, inspected, and prepared for its journey. Weekends and holidays are not included.


🕯️ Shipping Timeframes

Once your order leaves the workshop, the estimated delivery windows are:

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days, depending on destination

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, carrier backlogs, or forces beyond our mortal control. 🕸️


🕯️ Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product, destination, and Printify’s carrier costs. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free-shipping promotions—should such blessings occur, they will be visible at checkout.


🕯️ Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


🕯️ Wrong Address Policy

If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or shipping, we are unable to alter the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


🕯️ Lost, Delayed & Missing Packages

If a package becomes lost in transit, we will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to investigate. After confirmation, we will issue a replacement. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. For stolen or missing items after delivery, please contact your local carrier and/or file a claim.


🕯️ International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not controlled by My Gothic Girl.


🕯️ Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. Each piece may be crafted by different Printify production partners depending on product type and availability.
